Cut and Sew Operations

Our state-of-the-art sewing facility can produce a multitude of knit garments, and we continue to produce for many of the better-known labels. We have automated many operations, and we can focus on increased production without a sacrifice in quality. We can produce many thousands of dozens per week.

Cut Operations

We continue to cut our fabrics by hand, in order to maintain greater flexibility for smaller quantities and to be able to quickly respond to demand. Cutting by hand also offers a more visible approach to quality assurance. The spreading cloth by human hands allows us to better see what goes into the sewing line.
